The round lifecycle

Claimant originates a round
Funding target, deadline, thesis, and counsel. The platform verifies the case before it opens.

The crowd funds and endorses
Contributions are escrowed. All-or-nothing: if the target is missed by the deadline, everyone is refunded in full.

Funded -> capital deployed to counsel
On hitting target, the round activates and the case proceeds. Non-recourse to backers from here.

Case is litigated
Backers follow progress. Outcomes are uncertain; a loss is not recovered.

Resolution -> waterfall
On a win: counsel contingency, binding claimant floor, 2% platform fee, then the community pool split pro-rata in USDC.
